Viewing and Printing Microfilm and Microfiche
Journals, newspapers, reports, government documents, maps, building permits, and annual reports of companies preserved on microform, microfilm, or microfiche.
Finding microfilm and microfiche:
- Find the call number in the Library Catalog.
- Go to Microforms area on the 2nd Floor at the north end.
- Find the file cabinet containing the correct call number.
Microfilm is available for use in the Library but not to check-out.
Viewing and Printing:
Microform readers and printers are available on the 2nd floor at the north end of Daley Library.
Save electronic copies to disc or USB drive using the microform scanners on the 2nd floor at the north end of Daley Library.

A reader is located on the 1st floor for viewing microfilm and microfiche only. A newer reader is located on the 3rd floor of the library in Special Collection. Scanning and printing from the microfilm/microfiche format is available from this machine.
The reader will officially be available when Special Collections is open: Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
