Join us at the Richard J. Daley Library, Digital Scholarship Hub (1st Floor), Room 1-461 on Tues., Sept. 21 at 1 p.m. for a tour of the Hub facility and learn to use the vinyl cutter that is available to all UIC students, faculty and staff.
Vinyl Cutter - Roland GS-24
Through the use of computers and computer created images, vinyl cutters use a computer controlled blade to cut out shapes in sheets of self-adhesive plastic (vinyl).
Please note: Capacity is limited inside the Hub and demo will be available on a first come, first served basis. Masks required.
