Participants will learn how to analyze citations and calculate the h-index through platforms such as Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Dimensions. We will also examine altmetrics (Altmetric, PlumX) and their data sources, including social media. Finally, the session will address best practices for the responsible and meaningful use of metrics in assessing scholarly influence.
