Get reproductions from Special Collections and University Archives

Reading room staff will make photocopies for you, and fees will apply. You may take photographs of items in most collections using a digital camera, with some restrictions. In some cases, photocopies, scans or photographs are not permitted.

Request photocopies or PDF scans

Our staff will help you indicate the items to be scanned or copied. In some cases, copies or scans cannot be made of specific materials.

We accept photocopy or scan requests remotely if you know what copies or scans you need. Ask a Librarian for more information.


Pay by major credit card. Patrons must pay the full price before we start photocopying.

Small orders usually require at least one business day. Larger orders, or orders made when we are short-staffed, may take longer. Please ask a staff person for more information.

All patrons are expected to use their copies, scans or photographs in a manner consistent with fair use and applicable copyright, privacy, and other laws.
