Get photocopies or scans or take pictures in Special Collections and University Archives

Library staff in the Special Collections and University Archives reading rooms will photocopy for you, and fees will apply. You may take photographs of items in most collections with a digital camera. In some cases, photocopies, scans or photographs are not permitted.

Request photocopies or PDF scans

Our staff will assist you in marking the items to be scanned or copied. In some cases, you may not be allowed to get copies or scans.

We accept photocopy or scan requests remotely if you know what copies or scans you need. Ask a Librarian for more information.

Pay by cash, check or money order or major credit card. Exact change is appreciated. Patrons must pay the full price before we start photocopying.
