ARTstor is a growing repository of 750,000 digital images accompanied by presentation tools for classroom teaching and management tools for creating personalized image collections. The image collections in ARTstor document artistic and visual culture traditions across many time periods and cultures and will be of interest to a wide range of disciplines. The Library licenses ARTstor images for use in lectures, classroom handouts and reserves, student presentations, etc. The content in ARTstor may not be used for any commercial purpose. For more information, please see ARTstor's guide to permitted and prohibited uses.
Anyone at UIC can search and browse the images anonymously. You can also register to create personal image groups and download the image presentation software. Instructors who need the ability to create shared folders and image groups can contact Jane Darcovich or Ask A Librarian., field_56ba6f8fdb00c
