Reserve a study room

Study rooms are available at all libraries. You can reserve study rooms online at Daley Library and the Library of the Health Sciences-Chicago. Study rooms in Rockford and Peoria are available on a first come, first served basis. Study rooms in Urbana are available on a first come, first served basis for students; faculty and teaching assistants can reserve them in advance.

Chicago

Daley Library:

Graduate students and faculty can apply for a research carrel. Learn more about research carrels and apply online.

LHS-Chicago:

Three study rooms on the 2nd floor are available for use by students on a first come, first served basis.

Peoria

Four study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis (no reservations are accepted). Faculty can reserve rooms for instruction and testing using Outlook.

Rockford

One study room, one conference room and one seminar room are available on a first come, first served basis (no reservations). Check at the circulation desk for availability.

Urbana

Eight study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Faculty or teaching assistants can reserve the study rooms, the Big Room and the Reading Room for larger groups; call (217) 333-1222.
