Designate a proxy borrower to check out and pick up Library items. Chicago only.

Anyone unable to visit the Library due to a disability, as well as UIC faculty and administrators (deans, directors, department heads), can designate a proxy borrower to check out and pick up library items in Chicago.
- You will be responsible for items checked out and for any fines or fees.
- Your proxy borrower will need to show a valid photo ID when they pick up your items. They can pick up items at the Circulation desk at Daley Library or the Library of the Health Sciences-Chicago.
